About the Rain Ora™ Drum
How does a rain drum work?
The Rain Ora™ Drum is a steel tongue drum with 11 tuned tongues. When raindrops hit the tongues, they vibrate and create a soft, bell-like melody that never sounds the same twice.
Which color should I choose?
For the garden, Rainforest Green blends in beautifully. Midnight Blue and Storm Black look elegant indoors and out, and Lavender Mist is a favorite for meditation spaces and as a gift.
Do I need any musical experience?
No. All notes are tuned to sound harmonious together, so every melody sounds good, no matter which order you play in. The notes are numbered, so you can easily play your first simple songs.
Can the drum stay outside?
It's made to be played by the rain. To keep it looking beautiful for longer, let it dry after heavy rain and bring it inside during frost.

The Rain Ora™ Drum, mallets, mallet rests, spare note stickers and finger picks.
Shipping
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
Shipping is free to Austria, Germany, Switzerland and all other EU countries.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 8–15 business days. You can find all details in our Shipping Policy.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Not within the EU: the price at checkout is the final price. For deliveries to Switzerland, Swiss import VAT and/or customs duties may be charged on delivery.
Returns & warranty
Can I return my order?
Yes. As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. You can find all details and the withdrawal form in our Refund Policy.
My drum arrived damaged. What now?
We're sorry! Please contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it. You are also entitled to the statutory warranty of two years.
